C&V Vastgoed was founded in May 2025. We acquire existing homes in The Hague and the surrounding area, renovate them in full and deliver them. The name is straightforward: the C and the V are us.
What sets us apart is that both sides of this work, the building and the numbers, sit in-house rather than being brought in. That saves time when assessing a property and prevents mistakes during execution.
Construction and site management
Vladimir comes from the construction side and has years of experience on renovation projects. At acquisition he assesses what a property needs technically, and during the build he directs the teams on site. He is on site rather than on the phone.
Finance and project management
Chris comes from financial services, with a background in risk analysis and asset management. He arranges the financing, models each project, and runs the process around permits, the owners’ association and the notary.
Permits, the owners’ association, contractors and scheduling stay in our hands. That leaves no gap during execution between what was agreed and what happens on site.
We buy with our own capital and with established finance partners, which means we can move quickly when a property comes up. For sellers and agents, the thing that counts when they decide is whether an offer will actually be honoured.
